"I began my musical life as a drummer when I was very young. Then, when I was around 15 years old, I received a $15 guitar from my father as a stocking stuffer at Christmas, and it captivated me.
I put my drums away and started playing guitar. My great dream was to be a performing jazz guitarist, and I worked very hard at that for quite a few years, studying at the Berklee College of Music in Boston......."
